An exciting opportunity to join our IT team, based here in Melbourne has arisen.  You will support our team who are geographically dispersed across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore with a diverse range of IT issues.  You might be faced with simple desktop trouble shooting, supporting new starters by preparing the right hardware, through to assist with the roll out of new global IT systems.  You'll manage staff IT issues through a ticketing system, as part of a busy and cohesive helpdesk team.

We would love to hear from you if you have established experience working in a busy IT helpdesk.  You'll enjoy helping people and will display a natural curiosity, which will enable you to uncover the root cause of an issue.  Your communication skills, patience and team orientation are of equal importance to your technical expertise.
