  • 对经销商进行精细化管理,发现问题、制定方案并解决问题,促进销售业绩得达成;
  • 负责现有经销商的潜力挖掘和新经销商的拓展工作,并为公司提供信息;
  • 负责对经销商的相关培训工作;
  • 管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划;
  • 在市场寻找业务机会,开发新的合作经销商;
  • 负责经销商的日常管理和监督;
  • 负责经销商的服务保障工作;
  • 完善已经开展的市场调研工作(mapping),及时反馈公司,便于及时调整营销政策。


  • 5年以上工作经验,听力与言语康复学或其他医学相关专业,从事听力师、言语康复师、有医药或医疗器械类销售经验等优先;
  • 沟通能力强,善于与零售及医院等终端渠道保持良好关系;
  • 具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通能力、计划与执行能力;
  • 具备良好的应变和学习能力;
  • 适应一定的出差要求;
  • 认真负责,诚实守信,乐观开朗,积极上进,;
  • 有良好的学习能力及抗压能力;
