1. Business acquisition
Analyze the customer's historical sales data, understand their needs and expectations, be responsible for quotation, negotiation and solution, and follow up to complete the sales targets and other projects issued by the company;
2. Customer relationship management
Coordinate pre-sale and after-sales service, keep timely and effective communication with customers; visit customers regularly, help customers in the region to analyze, plan and cooperate with development; coordinate with other departments to implement the contract and agreement, timely and accurate delivery to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction;
3. Business development
Actively develop new customers and new channels, promote the company's new products to ensure business growth;
Understand the company's product knowledge and service, be responsible for the training of regional customers and terminal fitting technicians, promote the dissemination of knowledge and information, and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of customers and testers.
5. Sales plan and audit
Evaluate the sales area and analyze the sales potential of customers in the market. Be responsible for the market planning and sales (promotion) plan of the proposed assigned area to complete the sales task in the assigned area;
6. Market information management
Responsible for collecting the market information of the region under its jurisdiction, understanding the situation of competitors and their advantages and disadvantages in terms of product and non product sales conditions, predicting the strategy of competitors and actively feedback to the company in time and putting forward useful suggestions to ensure the effective strategic deployment of the company.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, medicine, electronics, machinery, etc.;
2. At least 2 years of sales experience in dealer development, coordination and management, and experience in assisting dealers to expand and manage the market;
3. Experience of managing sales promotion personnel and technical support personnel;
4. At least 2 years working experience in joint venture or joint venture.
