WSA seeks a Senior Finance Analyst APAC. The position will be handling Financial Planning and Analysis including reporting, Next-Gen business controlling and finance support for Global Customer Service project. The position will be based in Singapore and will report to our APAC Head of Finance.
APAC FP&A and Reporting:
- Monthly analysis and reporting of key financial parameters such as revenue, profitability, AR and other balance sheet items for the region with in-depth analysis of deviations vs Budget, FC and previous year.
- Co-ordination with countries within the region for timely reporting and analysing deviations
- Support in preparing for Monthly / Quarterly business reviews for the region including ad hoc management requests
- Synergies tracking and reporting
- Support in annual budget exercise for the region including supporting individual markets by providing necessary guidance and co-ordination
- Support in M&A projects within the region
Next-Gen Business Controlling:
- Global controlling of Next-Gen business opportunities including monthly tracking of actual results vs Budget and FC
- Profitability analysis and business partnering with the commercial head to take structured business decisions
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting for this business
Global Customer Service project - Finance support:
- Tracking the project costs and synergy benefits
- Business partnering with Project head by providing necessary finance support for the project
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting for this business
Other Ad-hoc projects/ requests:
- Supporting ad-hoc, need-based analysis as and when required
- Supporting cost reduction projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance and/or management
- At least 3-4 years of experience in FP&A with regional experience a preference
- Proven ability to improve reporting processes with automation and simplification
- Ability to manage deadlines, adapt quickly to changes in requirements / timelines & work in a complex environment
- Experience in BI automation and PowerPoint (Think cell) is critical
- Ability to work as a team player in an international culture with a focus on results
- Ability to guide and train regional affiliates
- Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports
- Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI etc.
