  • 根据所负责大区经济、环境、市场情况,制定1~3年大区销售计划(包括销售增长计划)
  • 根据公司年度销售目标,制定当年销售计划,包括年/季/月度任务目标分配(经销商/销售);新客户开发规划;现有经销商门店开发计划等
  • 经销商年度商务谈判,及年度销售合同签署
  • 完成所负责大区当年/季/月度任务目标。跟进回款按时到账
  • 准确按时完成所负责大区次年/季/月度销售预测
  • 开发客户,负责报价以及商务谈判
  • 了解负责大区内的经销商情况,和经销商沟通进货计划,以确保经销商的合理库存及库存商品的合理性
  • 收集、整理负责大区内的市场信息、竞争对手信息,适当调整销售策略和销售策略,并及时汇报给管理
  • 辅导并督促团队成员按时高质量完成公司各类报告,包括但不限于“月度销售报告”、Salesforce
  • 分析所负责大区各类销售报告/数据(包括外部市场/竞品),适当调整销售策略和销售策略,并及时汇报给管理层
  • 分析所负责大区各类销售报告/数据(包括外部市场/竞品),针对经销商/门店/销售代表遇到的问题,给予专业的合理化解决方案
  • 指导销售代表,进行新市场开拓,帮助现有经销商进行市场布局
