With the expansion in China, we are currently looking for a Head of Sales Excellence. The successful incumbent will develop and implement Retailer Competency Model and Retailer training strategy, standard and curriculum to improve Retailer competency and performance. Oversee management of all training functions in order to fulfil training objectives in the areas of Audiology, Products, Sales, Retailer Management and most importantly customer consulting:

In line with the company policies and annual budget, he/she will be responsible of the overall management of the Audiology Research Center; Devote to the study and research on the Audiology to promote Company Product Image from theoretical point of view and ensure to satisfy the audiology training requirement of the customers.


Main scope and responsibilities:

  • Development and Delivery of Retailer Training (Audiology, Products, Sales, Retailer Management and most importantly customer consulting) to Improve Competency and Capability for All Retailer Network Staff
  • Design and implement training strategy based on requirement of both China market and global
  • Lead training development to fulfill training needs from sales, marketing, customer service, technical, other key functions and Retailers
  • Provide industry-leading Audiology, technical, product & sales training, retailer management training and special training programs for Retailers to improve the capability of customer facing retailer staffs and support corporate goals
  • Oversee training development, delivery and operation including academy management
  • Set reasonable & feasible training KPI and target to guide retailers to develop their own competency
  • Track and analyze retailer network training performance and skills for further improvement
  • Study the tendency of training and adopt new training technologies to improve training coverage and effectiveness
  • Manage training budget to maximize effectiveness of operation
  • Lead training team to achieve corporate goals and develop team members
  • Key Training Deliverables:
    • Training framework planning and designing 
    • Training content development, including training content localization
    • Training curriculum & certification
    • Training KPI reporting. Track, analyse and distribute training KPI
    • Training Record or system maintenance & management
    • Training delivery preparation, including Training invitation & enrolment
    • Training delivery 
    • Post training evaluation & improvement
  • On needs basis, cooperate with global training team to align strategy and business to ensure global goals supports from WSA China 
  • Manage any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO WSA China on need basis



  • Bachelor and above degree, with major in Business Administration or related majors preferred 
  • At least 10 years of Retailer training management experience in a managerial capacity, with special emphasis on B2B2C preferred
  • Experienced in managing training operation from a central organization with outlets nationwide in the B2B2C industry
  • Profound knowledge of training strategy, training needs analysis, planning, learning system, curriculum design and delivery
  • Familiarity with business metrics, including budget management, customer satisfaction, competitive segment intelligence and overall corporate financial performance

  • Display strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with people across all levels and seniority 
  • A creative and innovative individual to drive and bring new ideas to the team
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point) Readiness to travel throughout China and overseas.
