Our Global Advanced Engineering team is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Test Technician, to join our team to support the test activities for our hearing aid instruments. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support in troubleshooting hearing aid instruments and to perform root cause failure analysis
  • Prepare production test validation reports
  • Participate in yield, quality, productivity improvement projects and meetings
  • Support maintenance and calibration of test equipment 
  • Support spare parts procurement, quantity adjustment, shipping and receiving of shipments
  • Perform and assist in test program verification and validation 
  • Provide training for operators 
  • Prepare work instructions for production and engineering 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing / test production environment 
  • Experience in test measurement equipment handling (DMM, source meter, oscilloscopes, waveform generators)
  • Knowledge and basic competency in troubleshooting PCB and soldering skills
  • Has strong analytic skills
  • PC software installation (WINDOWS 10)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Basic programming skills such as C++, C# or DOS scripting etc
  • Has good initiatives, and a strong team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
