We have a rare opportunity for a passionate Customer Care professional to support acquisition and retention efforts. Whether it's their first call or a customer who has been with us for years, their interaction with us is welcomed, nurturing and positive. Your role will be to engage customers and set appointments for them in our clinics. You'll have extensive experience in both inbound and outbound customer calls and be able to engage both new and existing customers in a supportive dialogue, with the end objective of inviting them into our clinics. Integrity and care are important factors, as are the resilience and tenacity required to make and receive high volume calls.
