Build up the sales core competence model by fully understand the pain point of sales team. • Implement sales core competence model including identify the key areas to be improved and then develop the training strategy and delivery courses for sales team. • Decide the suitable platform and mechanism of training to ensure the participation rate. • Timely track the training result to measure the effectiveness. • Encourage and collect feedback from participants for further optimization on process, on training content...etc. • Initiate and facilitate special training programs such as sales competition. • Localize the training protocol and training material from global team. • Delivery TTT courses to leverage internal training resources. • Manage the 3rd party training agency effectively.
