Widex and Sivantos joined forces and have together created one of the world’s leading manufacturers in hearing aids, WS Audiology. A substantial share of our hearing aids is sold through WSA’s own retail. In the newly joined company, we have defined a new target Retail Template consisting of business processes and IT systems. The purpose is to help our business to improve daily operations and to provide even better services to our consumers in the clinics and online. We continue developing the Global Retail IT Template and are rolling it out globally.

Your future job

  • Responsible for the roll-out of our Global Retail IT Template (GRIT) to the local retail markets
  • Lead the Project team of OMS, ERP, CRM and BI project participants
  • Plan the configuration, data migration, testing and cutover activities to the new setup
  • Secure timely execution of project activities and go-live without unnecessary business disruption
  • Timely and accurate reporting to the Steering Committee
  • Sparring partner for the business owners during roll-out projects
  • Part of the small program and roll-out management team
  • You should expect to travel annually to WS Audiology office locations around the globe, but with a primary focus on the APAC region

 

Your background and competencies

  • You have a relevant Business or Computer Science degree
  • You are an experienced project, product, or roll-out manager
  • You have experience with a broad set of IT tools such as point of sales (POS), office management (OMS), CRM, ERP and BI systems
  • Experience within the medical device industry and/or with retail will be an advantage
  • Broad experience with waterfall and agile methodologies will be an advantage
  • You are strong at creating collaborative environments and change management
  • Goal-oriented mindset, but not afraid to fail
  • You are fluent in English
