Across ANZ, we are experience growth through continued product innovation, channel diversification and through an increase in our retail footprint.
As a result, we are expanding our national retail leadership team to ensure the right resource exists to have the biggest impact on our customer’s hearing health. In the role of Regional Business Manager you will have full headcount and P&L accountability for a collection of clinics (Lilydale, Mount Waverley, Bairnsdale, Rosebud, Dandenong and Croydon). With responsibility for revenue growth and exceptional employee and customer experience.
To hit the ground running you’ll have prior experience of multi-site retail management. You’ll be comfortable using sales data and analytics to generate insights and make important decisions that affect sales. You’ll be the person that brings energy to people - whether you’re leading teams, collaborating with others in our business or engaging the local community to build our profile.
You might be working in an Area Management role in an aligned allied-health retail business, or in a more generalist retail setting. You’ll enjoy driving toward sales outcomes and thrive with a remit of clearly defined commercial accountability.
