We combine over 140 years’ experience in pioneering the use of technology to help people with hearing loss hear the sounds that make life wonderful. bloom hearing specialists is our thriving retail brand, with over 100 retail clinics based throughout Australia and New Zealand.

About the role:

In this newly created position, you will be the key point of support to the Head of Retail Operations, managing our existing leasing portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, while also driving commercial maintenance and safety projects across the group.

What will we love about you?

You will be an experienced legal administrator with prior experience in the property industry and a working knowledge of retail leasing legislation at an administrative level. You will be a confident, enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise your workload and anticipate and manage the needs of your stakeholders. You will be known for your high levels of initiative, exceptional attention to detail and your outstanding organisational skills.

Experience using Lease Eagle or another Property/ Lease Management system is also highly desirable.
