WSA is seeking for a Customer Solutions Officer to join our Supply Chain team for a 6 months’ contract position. You will be working with a team and be responsible to handle backend operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery to our customers.

You will specifically be expected to:

  • Support affiliates and handle backend operations such as order processing
  • Work with warehouse team on matters related to shipment and returns
  • Assist with operation reports when necessary
  • Support our Supply Chain team in SCM related matters such as planning, purchasing and demand planning forecast
  • Generate invoices and other shipping documents for shipment purposes
  • Work with accounts team relating to invoicing and pricing matters

The successful candidate will be an individual who has preferably worked in the manufacturing or 3PL/4PL environment. You will have proven capability working with various teams with excellent communication skills.

  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1-2 year of working experience in customer service or order management
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
  • Knowledge with ERP systems is a plus
