We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our team. You will be working with a cross-functional team to innovate our wireless hearing aids product, bringing affordable hearing solutions to all people through technology. In this role, you will own and define the system architectural solutions, developing designs that meet the cost and performance requirements.
You will have full responsibility for the following:
Analyze requirements from different stakeholders and market insights. Drive Cross-functional team alignment to agree and define the architectural solutions our hearing aids
Define holistic concepts for the wireless communication of future platforms with experts of affected departments
Maintain and improve the wireless communication tool landscape
Drive communication forefront projects to analyze new technologies or possibilities of integration into hearing systems
The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with technical system understanding, ideally with software and/or electrical engineering background. You should have a good understanding of system and software architectures definition. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. You are,
Experienced in requirement gathering and analysis, translating business to technical specifications
Experienced in developing low-range wireless protocols e.g Bluetooth LE
Proficient in programming languages such as C, C#, Python, Matlab
