Under the exceptional leadership of our ANZ Head of People &Culture you will play an instrumental part in coaching, leading performance improvement, culture and change management. You will have the opportunity to take on a variety of projects (new greenfield and acquisitions in the retail network) and you’d be a key contact point for leaders, employees and local and global stakeholders.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you. As a proactive and resourceful HR generalist, you will combine the needs of our people with the operational realities of a global retail business. Your innate attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously will be well utilised. You’ll be systematic and tech savvy, able to apply those skills to the roll out of global initiatives.
