To deliver on our purpose to make a wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, we are looking for a Senior Engineer, R&D Project Management (18 Months Contract) to support us in our MDD - MDR conversion activities.

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

Project Management

• Handle MDD - MDR conversion activities with R&D cross-functional engineering teams, Operations, Quality, Marketing, and others
• Coordinate and ensure assigned projects are delivered according to the time plan, cost, budget, and quality
• Perform periodic reports on project status to the project stakeholders and senior management

New Product Introduction

• Ensure the smooth engineering change process to production
• Organize and ensure sufficient materials are planned to support engineering change process for the MDD - MDR conversion activities
• Productivity & Efficiency. Propose and implement improvement measures on Project Management and NPI

What are we looking for?

A Project Manager with knowledge and experience in project management, able to guide engineering project teams to achieve business goals, good communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and bring functional teams to work together across geographies.

Experience

• Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Engineering or any relevant fields
• Knowledge and expertise working on AGILE framework, having good understanding on PLM and SCM processes
