The Role

• Collaborate with software product management as well as stakeholders from manufacturing to identify user needs and align product deliveries
• Take lead of scrum teams, defining product features, acceptance criteria and priorities, and ensure they are clearly understood by the development teams
• Work closely with product management and project management to create and maintain the product backlog according to business value, and ensure work aligns with product strategy
• Develop the Software Requirement Specification and collaborate with the System Test Team to ensure high quality deliveries
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
• Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals together with the scrum master and project management
• Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in preferably computer science, electrical or computer engineering
• 5+ years experience in product development
• In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
• Interested to work in manufacturing and production testing domain for medical devices
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Energetic self-starter with open mind and innovation-oriented thinking
