We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Hong Kong under our Widex Hong Kong Hearing and Speech Center business entity. Full on-job training and professional development support will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell hearing aids to non-clinic customers, including traditional or non traditional channels
- Implement business expansion by working closely with clinical and marketing team accordingly to the required timelines
- Understand market & competitive landscape and make recommendations on priorities so we can achieve our targets
- Establish and maintain good relationships with HCPs to drive referrals to clinics
Requirements:
- University Degree from a recognized Tertiary Institution, with 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Medical device / Pharma / Optical industry experience preferred but not essential
- Prior experience working with ENT doctors is highly advantageous
- Demonstrate good analytics skills along with the ability to work with internal/external stakeholders to achieve goals
- Strong presentation skills along with high proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel skills is essential
- Highly motivated, confident and driven individual
