As a key member of the ANZ Finance team based in Port Melbourne, the Finance Systems Implementation Manager will be the critical resource driving the migration from our legacy finance and point of sales systems to the new global retail systems from a finance perspective for the Australian and New Zealand business. The role will entail partnering with the local global project team and all functions across the Australian and New Zealand business in the delivery of the new retail IT environment. Defining and aligning key processes and controls, ensuring data, transactions and reporting is complete and accurate to meet local and global reporting requirements and compliance and executing the integration plan seamlessly while enabling the business to function on an as “usual” basis.
In this role you will be the critical link between the business and the project team, ensuring all local requirements are met, the outputs from the new environment meet the businesses needs and that the transition is smooth, timely and local operations and the servicing of our customers is not compromised.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Systems Implementation Manager will provide support day to day to the Chief Financial Officer, Global Retail Information Technology team, the ANZ business including the provision of timely advice, information, reports, and any other data required by management to make informed decisions.
To ensure your success in this role you’ll be CA/CPA qualified, with experience working in mid-size organisation. You’ll know how important it is for a company of this size to be flexible, collaborative and hands on.
