If yes, we can offer you a position as a Customer Service Executive, and be part of our SEA Customer Service Team providing proactive, quality customer service for our customers in SEA.

Responsibilities:

• Order management (Malaysia & Thailand): Process order, liaise with internal stakeholders on stock availability, shipment preparation, invoicing and shipment arrangement with forwarder.
• Customer Support (Malaysia & Thailand): Attend to customer enquiries on orders, shipments, repairs and product availability promptly.
• Complaint handling: Log customer's feedback and liaise with various stakeholders to resolve the issue.
• Invoice handling: Verify freight invoices from forwarder and submit to AP team for payment processing weekly.
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Supply China, Logistics or related disciplines
• 3 years of experience of working in a customer service department and are used to providing excellent customer service is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Words
• Self-motivated, meticulous and organized personality
• Able to work in fast pace environment
