1. Provide professional on-site diagnosing, advisory and fitting service to the end-user(s) towards their Hearing problem 2. Recommend and sell the proper hearing-aid(s) from the Formosa Optical stores. 3. Introduce the hearing-aid(s) features and the way of usage to consumers in detail. 4. Follow up with consumers to provide continually hearing-aid advisory during the 6 months after they buy and use our product. 5. Provide professional, qualified and customer-oriented service to the consumers during their whole customer experience journey. 6. Establish and maintain the customer data and CRM system. 7. Follow-up with the customer who doesn't buy the hearing-aid(s) to understand the root cause, and provide the key findings to Brand OEM timely on needs basis
