The role is responsible for the execution of the procurement activities (mainly indirect materials) to fulfil the
procurement requests from stakeholders of WSA China and establish the alignment with the business teams
for the assigned category and/or region per strategic plan of Procurement China.
• To support the projects fulfilment in dynamic environment to ensure the compliance with the company
business policies and procedures and to ensure the successful completion of the project to achieve the
competitiveness of the supply base.

• In close cooperation with local stakeholders to achieve the early involvement of procurement as well as to
achieve the project targets and TOC optimization.
• Support the sourcing projects / activities for e.g. marketing, sales, HR & admin, IT, finance, and customer
service in the guidance and cooperation with category & procurement manager.
• To analyse, identify, develop and manage the suppliers from different industries and to optimize the supplier
base for the assigned category.
• Maintain procurement system & data to ensure all the procurement activities are compliant with company
policies and procedures.
• Support the QMS related activities according to the industry and company regulations.
• Close work with Procurement manager and deploy category strategy to achieve the Strategic procurement
goals.
