About the Role
We are looking to hire a Senior Field Marketing Specialist based in Manila. He/she will be the voice of our customers and marketing ambassadors for Emerging Markets. He/she will play an all-rounder marketing role, executing campaigns, planning launches, and developing marketing assets to promote our service, product, event and campaign. The main role is to collaborate synergistically with the regional marketing team, local sales team in Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, The Philippines, South Asian markets and to drive customer satisfaction by providing the best marketing support. To create awareness and develop our multiple brands within the region, he/she may work with external consultants, and vendors. This candidate should be comfortable working in a matrix organization reporting to the Head of Sales for Emerging Markets and the regional Head of Marketing based in Singapore.
General Expectations:
- Define marketing & launch strategy in close cooperation with in-country Sales & Regional Marketing teams
- Collaborate with in-country sales team and drive brand & product awareness with the regional marketing team through interaction with customers
- Work closely with local customers and regional marketing department to understand their preferences, gather feedback to conduct analysis of marketing services, and monitor our competitors’ strategies
- Control and monitor in-country marketing budget.
Day to day tasks:
- Implement online & offline marketing and advertising strategies
- Liaise, brief and coordinate with internal stakeholders, translators, design house, agencies, vendors, (including Above-The-Line & Below-The-Line Activities)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide best possible support materials
- Conceptualize/ develop local B2B / B2C campaigns, advertisements, brochures, POSMs and other marketing deliverables
- Facilitate and support the regional product launces.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate displays strong interpersonal skills and understands marketing, sales and customer needs. He/she will have a business acumen and develop innovative strategies to drive collaboration among teams to achieve business goals.
- Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with good understanding and exposure in various marketing channels and techniques
- Basic graphic designs skills (Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop) will be advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary organization, preferably with agency / MNC experience
- Great project management skills with eye for details
- Display strong organizational skills in sourcing, planning, scheduling, and executing strategies
- Excellent writing skills with good experience in feature writing and copywriting
- Willingness to travel (20%)
