You will have full responsibility of the following:

1. Interface with R&D and Production for building test PFMEA (REV0);
2. Accomplish new product test strategy and planning;
3. Set up new equipment and complete the validation report based on requests;
4. Introduction of new products;
5. Attend Design Review meeting;
6. Use C++ language to do the test program for products;
7. Responsible for new product process validation;
8. Responsible for new product pre-test training and WI version 0;
9. Out-source & Sales company Product Test Support;
10. Test Software Deployment and resolve product test issue;
11. Improvement Project follow up.


Qualification:

1. University graduates, Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineer or Equivalent;
2. Minimum three years working experience with a joint venture or wholly foreign owned company;
3. Knowledge and experience in new production introduction, production process improvement and BOM management etc.;
4. Good communication in English, strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external partners.
