Update Quality Index (QI) 2. To support the follow up on open CRs in APAC 3. Support and Follow up for documents requiring translation in Japan and China
Follow up training completion rate for all department in APAC affiliates (work with Training admin) 2. Work with Training admin from other department to make sure all employees has roles assigned 3. Follow up training completion with the resident team in Philippines
Follow up with CAPA Owner on outstanding action 2. To organize kick off meetings for CAPA meetings 3. Generating regular CAPA reports for APAC affiliates including the status and open actions etc. which can be used as input for Quality Improvement team
Others admin task:
Check quality documentation for APAC if it has been properly archive in Agile or storing in Share point (i.e. Org. Chart, QIT Minutes Meeting, Management Review) 2. support in other ad hoc tasks around the quality organization in APAC
