Customer Solution Executive

Key responsibilities for this job
The customer solution executive would provide support to various stakeholders and work within a team to ensure and establish the best job practices.
- Support customer order management, process shipment and order process in a timely manner, ensuring billing/CN issuance accuracy
- Schedule ends shipments and coordinate tendering of shipments to carriers via established processes and procedures
- Ensure on time delivery and communication of delayed deliveries to end users
- Provide Customer Support: Attend to customer enquiries on orders, repairs, and product availability
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Support any task assigned by the manager
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in logistic environment
- Graduated from a university degree relevant to supply chain and business administration
- Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word, advance Excel and PowerBI
- Knowledge with ERP systems is a plus
- Support and manage logistics vendors and detailed knowledge of systems and processes
