Our SEA Taiwan team is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join us in our Taiwan office and support our local sales operations. This role will be reporting to our Country Sales Manager.

You will specifically be expected to provide:

• Explore non-traditional channels to increase hearing aid penetration rate
• Handle TW/HK dealers' inquiries such as orders update, product inquiry
• Maintain business relationship and visit existing dealers and dispensers on regular basis to understand market needs
• Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding of business by working with team members to identify market gaps, trends and opportunities
• Handle basic enquiries for HA products and services related questions and complaint case management.

Candidate Profile:

This position will be working closely with our customer-service and marketing teams for top quality service delivery to customers. 

• 3 to 5 years' experience as a business development specialist
• Prior experience in a medical device / instruments / pharmacies / optical / dental or related industries will be added bonus
• Effectively bi-lingual (English and Mandarin) for ease of communications with clients / customers and global teams
• Open to business travel
