Senior Reliability Specialist

We are currently looking for a Senior Reliability Specialist, as we continue to grow and build our capabilities to achieve our aspirations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for overseeing data monitoring, reporting, investigations, and action plans for product reliability
- Prepare statistical reports to define reliability problems in order to engage stakeholders for improvements
- Develop analysis methods to determine reliability of components, complete instruments and/ or processes
- Make recommendations, improvements and/ or creation of new reliability test methodologies
- Collaborate with Global Reliability Test team, R&D developers and Quality team for reliability analysis
- Research and develop new Reliability Tests, Robustness Tests, Test To Failure, Test matrix, to cater for existing and possible field failures to R&D and/or production
- Harmonization of developed tests throughout the company
- Maintain and update of Qualification Standards for product release together with Reliability Test team.
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Quality, Reliability, Mechanical, Acoustics, Electronics Engineering and/ or any other related disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in reliability test or related fields
- Understanding of International Industrial Standards for reliability tests and methodology will be preferred
- Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to drive and facilitate technical discussions and resolutions among stakeholders
- Certification in Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) would be a plus.
