Business to business (B2B) is one of the software (SW) pillars of Research & Development (R&D) SW department. We are primarily responsible for providing fitting SW ecosystem for all brands of WSA Hearing Aids. For next generation Hearing Aids, we are developing a cloud-based fitting solution, that shall be used by Hearing Care Professionals (HCPs) to help serve their patient's needs. In order to strategically strengthen the organization with expertise in Cloud Technologies, we are looking for an additional leader.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leader with technical leadership experience with large System SW projects.
  
• Setup and lead a group of cloud architects and experts.
  
• Responsible for producing, maintaining distributed SW framework artifacts, including:
  
  • Develop, Cloud Framework specification.
    
  • Micro Service Specification including Interface and communication specifications.
    
  • Tool chain to develop, debug, Performance evaluation and monitoring.
    
  • Develop and Grow SW Excellence in Cloud SW Technology
    
• Bring upcoming projects to success with sustainable high quality.
  
• Develop local software B2B organization as requested.
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems similar technology field of studies
• Experienced in managing highly skilled people, ability to lead, mentor and motivate in a multi-cultural and distributed team setup
• Converse in Developing and / or Managing applications on Cloud ( e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience with Medical or Safety Critical SW Systems e.g. Automotive
• Hands on SW Programming, Integration and Release Experience
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
