Inventory Controller
We are looking for someone to manage our critical and significant investment in inventory across the Australian and New Zealand retail store network.

Our team has gone from strength to strength, and we are looking for a result driven Inventory Controller to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone to manage our critical and significant investment in inventory across the Australian and New Zealand retail store network.
You will be responsible for ensuring policies, processes and controls are in place and operating effectively to protect against the loss of this investment by the business, but equally ensure that we have appropriate and adequate stock in the network.
What you will do
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end stock take process for our growing retail network
- Stock loss mitigation
- Maintain inventory Masterfile and ensure the integrity of our inventory systems and records
- Implement consignment stock processes and controls across the business
- Perform ongoing reviews of inventory aging, holdings at a store level
- Work with the network to optimise our stock holdings in store, across regions and for the entire business
- Formulate process and control improvements
- Develop, implement and enforce inventory policies and procedures
What you bring
- Experience in inventory ideally from a retail environment
- Experience working with Simply Hearing and Navision or similar will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to analyse inventory data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office products – Excel. Word and PowerPoint
- Accountable, takes responsibility and leads by example, raising standards
