Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate the WSA Azure cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• Manage and support incidents and problems related to IT systems
• Design and plan the Disaster Recovery systems to ensure a high availability of our IT systems
• Innovate and improve operational tasks to provide a better service level
• Manage and perform changes to IT systems according to approved Change Management process
• Organize and distribute tickets to other team members, as well as work on tickets.
• Support other IT projects and initiative. Enter into discussion with users to understand their requirements and propose a solution to them

Experience

Experience

• 5 to 7 years in Systems Engineering
• Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with operating and managing large IT infrastructure that span across multiple countries and regions 
• Strong knowledge in hyperconverged, cloud infrastructure technologies and backup & Recovery support for enterprise Backup solution.
• Hands-on experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting virtualization technology with focus on at least 2 of the following; Nutanix AHV, VMWare ESXi, Microsoft HyperV
• Participated or manage projects in software migration or IT infrastructure integration projects, with good understanding of ITIL framework
