A quality assurance test manager who uses business, technical and functional knowledge to build testing strategies using QA best practices and methodologies along with managing the tests execution and the team workload

What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive software testing strategies, plans and processes, ensuring that all software products meet the highest quality standards for release to customers.
• Manage and lead the software testing team, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently, work is assigned appropriately, and that team members receive necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, project management, and product management to ensure that testing efforts are fully integrated into the software development life cycle.
• Ensure that all test plans, test cases, and other test-related artifacts are created, maintained, and updated as needed throughout the project life cycle.
• Analyze and report on testing results and provide recommendations for improvements to software quality and testing processes.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as Software test manager preferable for medical devices.
• Experience with most/all areas of the software test lifecycle: requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, test environment setup/data creation and test execution.
• Experience with SW development and/or test automation.
  Experience with Agile development and test processes.
• Strong technical and analytical educational background, self-motivated, team player, Leadership qualities.
• Experience with Agile Development process and test process.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, Educational background, Self motivated, team player and leadership qualities.
