Located in Shanghai, reporting to our China Marketing Director, you will be tasked to lead a team to plan and design the annual brand marketing plan covers Central Brand & Marketing Communication, Trade Marketing and PR, and the successfully implementation at all market level for all the brands of Sivantos China. You will specifically be responsible for:
•Develop consumer and customer insight driven brand marketing strategy along with roll out plan to deliver target brand sales, share and relevant KPI growth result;
•Help to define and manage customer/user path to purchase journey in china;
•Validate global value proposition and messaging and adapting to local markets;
•Manage local New product launch commercial process and make sure quality content and messaging that resonate with target audience;
•Prioritize and mapping customer segments and work with product line on demand generation activities to achieve business and brand objective;
•Conducts in depth analysis of market, category, consumer and customer to deliver data driven indicated actions to guide marketing strategy, plan implementation and optimization;
•Leads development and deployment of best class communications across path to purchase customer journey;
•Set SMART goal for team colleagues and closely supervises them in delivering annual target set-forth, cultivates and supports top-class performance of self and team.
