岗位关键职责:

  • 负责医院渠道的销售目标的计划、执行;
  • 负责老医院渠道的潜力挖掘和新医院渠道的拓展工作,并为公司提供信息;
  • 按照公司制定的销售策略方案,推动和促进医院渠道的销售目标完成;
  • 负责医院渠道的日常管理和监督;
  • 负责医院渠道的服务保障工作;
  • 完善已经开展的市场调研工作(mapping),及时反馈公司,便于及时调整营销政策。

 

岗位要求:

  • 大专或以上学历,医疗器械、市场营销、医学类等相关专业;
  • 5年以上医院渠道开发管理经验,医疗器械、医疗设备或快消品行业销售经验;
  • 身体健康,开朗乐观,有团队观念;
  • 沟通能力强,善于与医院等终端渠道保持良好关系;
  • 具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通能力、计划与执行能力;
  • 对数据敏感,能独立开展业务;
  • 具备良好的时间管理、团队领导能力和谈判技巧;
  • 具备良好的应变和学习能力;
  • 有同行业设备销售及售后经验者优先;
  • 能承受工作压力,能适应出差。
