At WS Audiology, Operations Management is the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within our organization. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Analyst - Supply Chain, to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing process changes and governance, evolved out of operation strategic changes or continuous improvement initiatives, and translating them into requirements for adaptation into the global systems. You will be a crucial part of our Operations Strategic Development team in that supports high performance. Responsibilities:

• Involve in Global SCM Operations to analyze projects, analysis gaps, review business processes & workflows improvements
  • Processes will encompass Material Traceability/ Replenishment, Bill of Material structure analysis, international logistics et cetera
  • Includes integration of ERP / MES with production specific application (industrial Engineering Software & Test Systems)
• Develop Business Requirement & Test Specification that enable IT to develop or customize solutions in ERP / MES / Others
• Support Ops with business case scenarios building and analysis
• Manage and Conduct User Acceptance Testing for the newly developed processes / IT solutions
• Support Projects & SCM Process Excellence initiatives. E.g. Factory Digitization, Smart Lean, Transformation projects et cetera.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business IT / Supply Chain or related discipline
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Re-engineering
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
• Experience in developing business requirements, procedural documentation and presentations
• Experience working with ERP & MES systems that is deployed for global usage
• High level of competence with MS Office application
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI will have an added advantage
• 3 - 6 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment with widespread manufacturing plants in Asia which support global distributions of goods and materials
• Understanding to Supply Chain Processes
• APICS or SCOR certification will be an added advantage
• Familiar with reporting and data analysis
