Are you a Software Test Automation Engineer with a passion for quality? We're looking for a skilled professional to be part of our R&D Software Engineering team in WS Audiology. We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with more than 2 Years of Experience with strong knowledge in testing Android & iOS and experience with tools such as Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating and executing automated test scripts, as well as running manual tests when necessary. As an Automation Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The role will be located at our Hyderabad office.

Role Overview:

• Review and analyze business and system requirements and develop various test specifications which include Functional Testing, System Integration Testing and Compliance Testing.
• Design/ Develop, review, maintain and execute test cases for both manual and automation tests.
• Identify and prioritize test cases for automation to achieve efficient test coverage.
• Collaborate with the development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Ensure that all test activities adhere to company standards and expectations.
• Collaborate with a team of test engineers, subject-matter experts, stakeholders to ensure delivery of quality test artifacts.
• Conduct thorough mobile testing on various platforms (iOS and Android).
• Design and execute API tests to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of APIs.
• Conduct manual testing when required, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Drive continuous innovation and improvement around test processes and technical capabilities.
• Perform test management, test reporting for assigned projects.

What we're looking for:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant Automation test experience with good experience in Mobile testing and manual testing.
• Strong understanding of manual testing principles and practices
• Good understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle
• Proficiency in Selenium and Cucumber framework.
• Good to have experience working in Appium.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar test/Defect management tools for test case management, execution, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge in Defect Life Cycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in leading a small team.
• Willingness to learn and proactive in learning.
• Good to have experience working in TypeScript.
• Good to have experience in API testing.
• Good to have experience in testing Bluetooth enabled devices.
