Be part of our R&D team in Hyderabad and join our B2C Software Engineering team as a Software Development Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our partnership project to develop our over-the-counter hearing aid solutions.

The role will plan and oversee all aspects of assigned project throughout the product development lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost. You will partner with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders to create and deploy effective projects.

You will specifically be expected to:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams spread across multiple regions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  
• Conduct comprehensive project estimations, considering resource requirements, timelines, and potential risks.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, incorporating milestones and deliverables.
  
• Direct and motivate project teams, ensuring effective task execution and adherence to project plans.
  
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely completion.
  
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with Planview is an added advantage.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
  
• Proactively manage and address issues, minimizing impact on project objectives.
  
• Establish and oversee quality management processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  
• Develop and maintain required documentation, including Design History Files (DHF), Risk Management Files, and other regulatory documentation.
  
• Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, Product Management, Legal and Process teams for the compliance, regulatory and legal aspects related to the project delivery.
  
• Good understanding of FDA regulations and compliance requirements for the development and delivery of medical devices, specifically Hearing Aids.
  
• Ensure projects adhere to relevant FDA guidelines and standards.
  
• Experience in managing projects related to the development of mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration with Hearing Aid technologies.
  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies for software development.

Experience:

• B.Tech./B.E. or MCA or M.Tech.; PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.
• 10-15 Years of Extensive experience as a Project Manager.
  
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  
• Thorough understanding of quality management processes and regulatory documentation requirements.
  
• Ability to navigate and comply with FDA regulations will be an added advantage.
  
• This role might require short term travel as needed.
