Senior Manager, R&D Program Management
This is a new position as Senior Manager, R&D Program Management to take the lead for all global R&D program and project management support and guidance. Your role will involve providing leadership, integration, and management of PMO processes and functions to improve the efficiency and quality of program and project delivery to fit into our corporate strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Establish PMO in R&D that aligns with company strategy
- Identify program priorities, deal with challenges, and communicate program risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with program managers to identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Establish mechanisms to monitor programs & projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and keeping to schedules, budget, and quality
- Coach and mentor program and project managers on best practices
- Identify structural hurdles that affect programs
- Develop and govern program & project management processes, use dashboards, and templates, and align with regulatory requirements
- Reports to the management team on the progress & performance of PMO
You have a proven Program management experience with both a technical /engineering background and the ability to think strategically across functions toward the successful completion of the program.
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering with 5+ years of experience managing and leading technical programs
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end product development and an understanding of the commercialization process.
- Track record of delivering complex programs and implementing change management
- Ability to make strategic recommendations on the progress and development of programs with a clear indication of risk, dependencies, and migration
- Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM systems, and supply chains
- Prior experience in the digitalization of project management tools
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – the ability to clearly demonstrate and reduce complexity and communicate easily using PowerPoint and other tools
- You have excellent quantitative and qualitative skills and are a structured and creative problem-solver
