Senior Manufacturing Technology Development Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Technology Development Engineer to manage end-to-end automation and digitalization projects, from initial planning to ongoing maintenance, while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
What you will do
- Oversee automation and digitalization projects from conceptualization through to implementation, validation, and ongoing maintenance
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive action, manage smart lean projects, and identify opportunities for production improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, participate in audits, and maintain documentation and trial processes
- Sustain and maintain equipment, manage the PM & calibration master schedule, and work with calibration service providers
- Align and train technicians on calibration and other relevant topics
- Focus on transforming backend processes and warehouse systems through automation, digitization, and cost-saving initiatives.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions, particularly for Automatic Assembly Machines in medical devices or electronics manufacturing/Semiconductor environment
- Proficient in industrial equipment and systems, including robotic assembly, warehouse operations, SMT manufacturing processes, and box-build assembly
- Skilled in preventive maintenance, tool/mold management, calibration, and debugging/troubleshooting equipment
- Design-for-manufacturing, FMEA, DOE, Statistical Process Control, and PLC/SCADA systems, with experience in 3-D CAD modeling software (AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and World Class Manufacturing principles.
