A quality assurance engineer who uses business, technical and functional knowledge to lead a team while contribution.

What will you do?

Test Development, Execution and Reporting

• Develop test suites/scripts based on the test phase, enhance the existing suites/scripts, and execute the tests as per the test phase.
• Collect and report quality metrics from test execution.
  
Defect logging and debugging

• Sound knowledge on debugging and debug tools like ADB.
• Logging defects in defect management tools as per project standards and investigating/troubleshooting the system failures.
Employee Engagement and Performance Management

• Drive engagement initiatives, set clear objectives, monitor performance, address challenges, and collaborate with HR and business leaders for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

What you bring?

People Management Experience:

• Experienced in leading and managing small teams (4-8 members), with a strong ability to encourage, motivate, and foster employees.
• Confident in advocating for team values within the team and across other departments.

Profound technical and process knowledge:

• Experienced in mobile app testing for both Android and iOS, with expertise in manual and automation testing.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle, methodologies, test techniques, and levels, along with excellent understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Ideally knowledgeable in medical product testing, with a preference for experience in automation testing.
