Customer Service Specialist

Join us as a Customer Service Specialist and be part of our supply chain team. You will manage order processing, shipment coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to drive continuous improvements. Your efforts will directly contribute to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Location: Binan, Philippines
Work Arrangement: 5 days in office
What you will do
Customer Order Processing & Shipment Management:
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and manage backlog effectively by coordinating with various internal teams.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding their orders and shipment status.
- Accurately manage billing and Credit Note (CN) issuance processes.
Customer Collaboration & Improvement:
- Continuously drive improvements with affiliates, focusing on order frequency, order level loading, Dangerous Goods (DG) management, SWAP planning, etc.
- Participate in and collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders on various improvement projects.
What you bring
Experience
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within an order management or supply chain environment.
- Strong collaboration, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams.
- Experience using ERP systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and internal departments.
