Manufacturing Technology Development Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technology Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end automation and digitalization projects, from initial planning to ongoing maintenance, while ensuring alignment with quality standards
What you will do
- Manage projects related to automation, new equipment implementation, and equipment relocation for mass production.
- Develop project documentation such as User Requirement Specifications (URS), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Process Flow Chart (PCF), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), work instructions, validation reports, and risk assessments.
- Support production operations by troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis, and generating Breakdown Record Analysis (BRA) reports.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Contribute to the Smart Lean Program, supporting AM Pillar / PM Pillar / EEM Pillar
Pillar work assignments - Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including NPI / DPE / MTD to design and implement jigs, fixtures, and tooling solutions.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 2 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions, particularly for Automatic Assembly Machines in medical devices or electronics manufacturing/Semiconductor environments preferred
- Familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and World Class Manufacturing principles preferred.
