We are looking for an accounting professional who will collaborate closely with financial controlling and other global teams to manage financial transactions, monthly closing, and maintain accurate accounting records for our Singapore and Denmark entities. You will review and approve key reports, oversee cash flow, and handle AP/AR queries to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. The candidate should have expertise in accounting standards, tax filings, and audit processes to maintain compliance and support business decision-making.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the global shared services team to manage daily transactions, month-end closing activities, and intercompany balance reconciliations for Singapore and Denmark entities
• Review and approve key financial reports, including standard journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and provisions for stock obsolescence, doubtful debts, and right of returns, ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies
• Oversee cash flow management, AP/AR queries, and liaise with function controllers and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial operations
• Manage indirect tax filings, internal control assessments, and statutory audit obligations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely provision of information to external auditors.

What you bring

Experience

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Knowledgeable in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Experience in audit firms or an MNC environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
