Location: Port Melbourne
Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 days remote)
The role
An opportunity exists for a proactive and enthusiastic leader to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible to lead a team of 7 to support our Clinic Network across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for providing key operational and strategic support to our retail operations and a number of key functions including change and process support, revenue recovery activities, first contact support to our clinics and key projects.
You will have leadership confidence, Stakeholder Management experience and an understanding of change management. Experience in Allied Health or medical will be highly regarded as well as Retail Operational Management.
