As a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Intern, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes, assist with candidate logistics, and contribute to sourcing and pipelining efforts. You'll be involved in various projects focused on employer marketing, branding, and improving efficiency within shared services. Additionally, you'll help with employee lifecycle initiatives, focusing on retention and engagement through planning, execution, and coordination.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection
• Coordinate candidate logistics, including interview scheduling and communication
• Support sourcing and pipelining efforts to attract top talent
• Contribute to employer marketing, branding, and efficiency projects
• Help with employee retention and engagement initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle

What you bring

Experience

• Undergraduate of any discipline 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
