As a Finance Intern, you will support the Finance team by maintaining clear and well-organized documentation of all processes, ensuring they are easily accessible to relevant stakeholders. This role will contribute to data management and analysis efforts, providing valuable insights to support decision-making. Additionally, you will help identify process gaps and work on implementing improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

What you will do

• Process Documentation – Take ownership of mapping and documenting existing financial processes, workflows, and controls to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across the Finance function
• Process Analysis – Analyze current financial processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with departments such as Retail Operations, IT, and others to gather feedback and insights that inform and drive process improvement initiatives across the organization
• Collaborate with other team members to assist in routine /adhoc tasks.

What you bring

Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Finance/ Accounting / Business Administration
• Strong understanding of basic financial concepts and processes
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability in maintaining accurate records and thorough documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical mindset with attention to details
