As a Procurement Intern, you will assist with yearly price negotiations, update pricing and lead times for EE components, and help consolidate BOMs to identify cost-saving opportunities. You’ll coordinate second-source qualification activities and support monthly forecast updates in the Savings Tracking Tool for EE components and ASIC categories.

What you will do

• Assist with annual price negotiations for EE components and update pricing, lead times, and purchasing parameters
• Assist in consolidating the total BOM and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities for EE components
• Initiate second-source qualification for EE components by coordinating with internal stakeholders, including sourcing alternate crystals and tact switches to achieve significant cost savings
• Support monthly updates and maintain forecasting data in the Savings Tracking Tool (STT) for EE components and ASIC categories

What you bring

• Undergraduate in Engineering or related fields
• Interest in electronic components and medical devices
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
