As an IT Support Intern, you will provide both in-person and remote assistance, addressing tickets related to application and hardware issues. You’ll support end-users by troubleshooting problems, delivering training on IT tasks, and ensuring timely resolution through direct interaction or ticket management.

What you will do

• Resolve standard IT support tickets independently, assist with complex issues under supervision, and collaborate with global IT teams and external partners to ensure effective ticket resolution
• Manage the setup, replacement, and disposal of new computers, and provide support for cell phones (iPhone and Android) and wireless modems
• Assist with installing or upgrading the production/Logistics software
• Support solving standard hardware (computers, printers, telephones, scanner, etc.) and software problems (office and production software)
• Manage IT equipment inventory by maintaining stock levels and updating records.

What you bring

• Undergraduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks and software application
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365, Windows, and Mac OS (or willingness to learn).
