Customer Service Executive (6 Months Contract)

As a Customer Service Executive, you will support to both customers and internal teams. Your duties will include answering product-related questions, processing customer orders, and working with various stakeholders.
This is a 6-months contract role based in Civic Boulevard, Datong District, Taiwan. This would be an on-site position for 5 days a week.
What you will do
- Answer customers' questions about our product, help with order loading and tracking backlog status
- Manage general office tasks, including parcel shipping, document preparation, and other administrative duties
- Liaise with vendors to support sales / marketing functions and with internal stakeholders to support Taiwan's business operation
What you bring
Experience & Personal Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service industry
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well and maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to converse in both English and Mandarin Chinese to work with internal and external stakeholders
