Hearing Care Supervisor

Since 1986, Widex Hong Kong Hearing & Speech Centre Ltd. has been a leading provider of diagnostic audiological services, speech therapy services, and quality amplification devices in the private sector.
What you will do
- Supervise and manage the daily operations, roster, and workflow of the Hearing Care Officer team to ensure smooth and efficient clinic functioning.
- Handle clinic administration, including documentation, reporting, invoicing, payment tracking, inventory management, and communication with internal and external parties.
- Provide customer support by responding to enquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely coordination with Clinical Audiologists and Speech Therapists.
- Support clinical audiology services by assisting with hearing tests, fittings, consultations, and follow-ups while meeting company KPIs and service standards.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, reporting requirements, and other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
What you bring
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with post-secondary education or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer applications, with solid typing and reporting skills.
- Strong command of Cantonese with basic spoken and written English for communication and documentation.
- Knowledge of bank receipts, payments, cash management, accounting, and voucher verification.
